Those of you who bought the kindle version will have received your copy by now and I hope you are all enjoying it. I’d be very glad to hear your thoughts.
Anyone who ordered the print version from Amazon may have received a message saying “out of stock” or telling you to expect a few weeks’ delay — please don’t worry.
My publisher has assured me that Amazon often waits until the last minute before ordering stocks from the book distributor. This inevitably causes delays — BUT — the distributor sends supplies in just a few days.
You shouldn’t have long to wait.
I’m sorry about the situation but it is out of our control.
